The first version of this new generation of thread has been presented at the Hong Kong Interfilière of 2012 by our sister company Cork & Scott Co. Ltd.
With it's incredibly soft touch, smoothness, warm brightness, NOVIS has been the first synthetic continuous filament embroidery thread able to replace Viscose in all sectors of apparel where the look and the softness are essential.
At that moment the mechanic comportment was very good in the schiffli machines, perfect for lingerie, but not enough for very fast multihead machines.
After years of R&D and tests, on 2021 has been finally started the bulk production of the new version of NOVIS, able to work on any kind of industrial and home embroidery, sewing and quilting machines.
Over 400 standard colours have been matched and produced in several tons/day shipped globally with a very fast service.
Now we are proud to announce the same fantastic thread is the first GRS Recycled Polyester

available in the same over 400 colours on 1000 and 5000 mt kingspools.
